What you will do

• Support day-to-day sourcing and purchasing activities across indirect procurement categories.
• Research markets and suppliers and identify potential suppliers for sourcing activities.
• Prepare and evaluate supplier offers, tenders, and commercial comparisons.
• Analyze procurement data to identify cost optimization and process improvement opportunities.
• Assist with supplier communication, documentation, contract administration, and procurement data maintenance.
• Contribute to procurement projects and collaborate with stakeholders across departments.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Economics, or a related field.
• Interest in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, and commercial topics.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, with an ability to work with data.
• Structured, reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills in an international environment.
• Confident English communication is required.

Nice to have

• German or Dutch language skills.
