Demand Planner (FMCG)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands. An EU working permit is required; the Orientation Year Visa is not accepted.

What you will do

• Manage demand forecasts for the full FMCG product range, generating SKU-level base forecasts in the O9 platform.
• Improve forecast accuracy by incorporating promotional and media plans and coordinating cross-functional inputs.
• Establish a framework for constructive forecast challenges and consensus-building.
• Collaborate with central supply planning to ensure product flow to local warehouses.
• Optimize inventory, minimize write-offs, and support monthly supply chain loss processes and clearance sales.
• Support new product launches, product renovations, and customer service targets such as Case Fill Rate and Requested Delivery Date.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed.
• At least 3 years of supply chain experience; demand planning experience is advantageous.
• Advanced Excel knowledge.
• Experience with SAP and O9.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• EU Working Permit required; Orientation Year Visa is not accepted.
