What you will do

• Lead Agile practices, including Scrum and Kanban planning, execution, and continuous improvement.
• Manage medium to large-scale IT projects and programs, including scope, budgets, delivery, and external partners.
• Act as the primary liaison between IT and Finance stakeholders, gathering requirements and communicating progress.
• Prioritize product backlogs and oversee enterprise application updates and improvements.
• Develop business cases, align IT investments with organizational goals, and coordinate solution implementation and system integration.
• Hire, coach, and develop staff while improving team performance, user satisfaction, and business process efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience determining and delivering against business requirements.
• At least 5 years of medium to large-scale program management experience.
• At least 2 years of progressive leadership experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Waukesha, Wisconsin, and perform regular computer-based work with occasional travel.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• PMP certification.
• Experience managing a globally dispersed team.
