Operations Supervisor (Cannabis)

Location: Rochester, NY; on-site Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend shifts and early morning delivery support.

Compensation: $24.00 an hour

What you will do

• Supervise overnight intake of long-haul transfers and cross-hub shipments, including unloading, staging, documentation, and system updates.
• Prepare and load delivery vehicles while verifying orders, manifests, invoices, and BioTrack records.
• Operate lift gates, forklifts, and pallet jacks to move and organize warehouse pallets and products.
• Coordinate dispatch paperwork and support real-time driver communications, invoice changes, payment coordination, and retailer follow-up.
• Track reschedules, rejected products, reverse logistics, order statuses, and inbound/outbound product movement.
• Lead and delegate work to overnight dispatch associates and drivers to ensure timely staging and vehicle preparation.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old to work in the canhirify.global industry.
• Associate degree or two years of relevant work experience, including two years in dispatch or distribution.
• Knowledge of manual and systematic warehouse movement and familiarity with routing-based software.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform bending, stretching, and twisting.
• Strong communication, organization, leadership, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, ERP, CRM, and other business software.
