Operations Lead (Warehouse Operations)

Location: On-site in Tracy, California, United States. Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 6:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m.; overtime and occasional weekends may be required.

What you will do

• Coordinate with receiving, packing, and shipping teams to ensure the seamless movement of products through the fulfillment center.
• Maintain accurate inventory documentation in the Warehouse Management System and support optimum stock levels.
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits while coordinating schedules with warehouse leadership.
• Enforce FIFO practices to protect product quality and freshness.
• Guide, support, and train Inventory Associates on standard operating procedures.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality control, regulatory, and inventory management requirements.

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Experience or comfort working in a refrigerated environment at approximately 36°F.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a repetitive, fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 pounds repetitively.
• Ability to stand, squat, kneel, and bend repetitively, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willingness to work overtime and possible weekends based on business needs.

Nice to have

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
• Experience in a food-based environment.
• Forklift experience.
