Inventory Coordinator (Cannabis)

Location: Phoenix, AZ — North HUB & South HUB; onsite, Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm

Salary: $17.25–$19.00 per hour

What you will do

• Conduct inventory inspections, counts, and monthly audits across production areas.
• Reconcile physical and system inventory and verify finished goods received from manufacturing.
• Investigate lost SKUs, document discrepancies, and report inventory issues promptly.
• Support order fulfillment by picking, pulling, and stickering finished goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory data, prepare weekly compliance reports, and support audit requests.
• Train colleagues on data collection, auditing procedures, and inventory best practices while identifying process improvements.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in data management, inventory auditing, inventory systems, Excel, or distribution, fulfillment, production, or warehouse environments.
• Strong organization, analytical, collaboration, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Basic math skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in a physically active environment.
• Ability to stand, sit, and walk for 8–10 hours, perform repetitive bending and reaching, climb ladders or step stools, and use required PPE.
• Ability to work in Phoenix, AZ, including environments with humidity, temperature variation, strong cannabis odors, plant materials, cleaning solvents, loud machinery, and CO2 manufacturing procedures.

Nice to have

• Advanced experience with database and data-warehouse systems, including integrating and extracting data across platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar inventory/ERP systems.
