What you will do

• Deliver classroom and hands-on aircraft maintenance training using aircraft, training devices, and simulation tools.
• Administer theoretical examinations and practical assessments, and maintain accurate customer training records.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for instructor guides, courseware, training materials, and new instructional modules.
• Prepare training environments and materials before each session.
• Maintain technical proficiency through recurrent training and collaborate with internal teams to improve course content and delivery.
• Provide professional, engaging, and customer-focused learning experiences.

Requirements

• Hands-on aircraft avionics experience with one or more Gulfstream G500, G600, G650, or G700 platforms.
• Strong avionics maintenance experience and a valid FAA A&P, Transport Canada AME, EASA, or equivalent aircraft maintenance license.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and internet-based tools.
• Customer-service orientation, passion for knowledge sharing, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to travel globally for approximately 30–40% of the time, with physical requirements potentially involving travel of up to 50%.

• Instructional, coaching, mentoring, or technical training experience.
• Experience delivering aviation maintenance training.
• Experience developing or maintaining technical courseware and instructional materials.
• Strong presentation and classroom facilitation skills.
• Experience in business aviation maintenance environments.
