Salary: $81,070–$94,070 per year

What you will do

  • Manage the operational execution and day-to-day logistics of research programs for the Michor Laboratory.
  • Coordinate procurement, P-card reconciliation, financial administration, calendars, travel, and institutional compliance.
  • Support personnel administration, including Harvard appointments, onboarding, offboarding, and confidential recommendation letters.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, job requisitions, interviews, website updates, seminars, consortia, and weekly lab meetings.
  • Support strategic initiatives and special projects involving the laboratory, collaborators, and the Department of Data Sciences.
  • Track program progress, maintain documentation, communicate updates, and ensure outputs meet established standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, healthcare, or a related field.
  • Three years of experience in program coordination or administration, or one year of program management experience.
  • Understanding of program management principles and practices.
  • Strong organizational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate, manage multiple priorities, and use project management tools and software.
  • No license, certification, or registration required; no supervisory responsibilities or patient contact.
