Product Supportability Project Manager (Semiconductor)

Location: Phoenix, Arizona, USA; onsite role

Salary: $91,900–$156,200 annually

What you will do

• Coordinate Engineering Change Orders affecting service kits, spare parts, customer configurations, long-term planning, and installed-base supportability.
• Drive product changes through PLM using ENOVIA and align SAP execution readiness with Engineering, Supply Chain, Planning, and Global Services.
• Improve serviceability, reliability, diagnostics, tooling, documentation, knowledge management, and training throughout the product lifecycle.
• Develop spare-parts plans, Cost of Service models, preventative maintenance schedules, service offerings, and product obsolescence or ownership-transfer plans.
• Support Alpha and Beta system integration, perform serviceability validation, and create action plans for complex customer and field-service issues.
• Travel to Beta sites to support new tool installations, upgrades, and critical issues.

Requirements

• Master's degree with no related experience, or bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of related experience.
• Strong understanding of system operation, system integration, and system calibration.
• Experience coordinating with software and hardware development, manufacturing, technical support, quality, marketing, and field-service teams.
• Ability to apply structured troubleshooting, analyze data from multiple sources, and develop executable corrective-action plans.
• Knowledge of serviceability, reliability, diagnostics, spare-parts planning, documentation, tooling, and training practices.
