What you will do

• Run daily operations for a store business with approximately $1–2 million in revenue responsibility.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, people management, training, and team development.
• Manage inventory, food costs, labor costs, cash control, waste, paperwork, and profitability.
• Maintain customer relations, service quality, store cleanliness, equipment, and image standards.
• Ensure products are prepared according to operating specifications and orders are processed for timely delivery.
• Develop operational expertise and future operating partners within the franchise network.

Requirements

• Leadership ability, sound judgment, business acumen, empathy, multitasking, and ethical decision-making.
• Ability to work under stress, perform repetitive tasks, work independently and with others, and meet strict quality standards.
• Ability to manage inventory, handle cash and monetary change, analyze data, and complete operational paperwork.
• Must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver's license.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
• Must pass criminal background and motor vehicle record checks.
