What you will do

• Run daily operations for a pizza delivery store and manage a business with approximately $1–2 million in annual activity.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, training, people management, customer relations, and shift execution.
• Control inventory, cash, food costs, labor costs, waste, paperwork, cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food preparation standards, quality controls, and store image requirements.
• Process orders, support timely delivery, operate and maintain store equipment, and assist with stocking and product preparation.
• Develop team members and future Operating Partners through strong leadership and operational guidance.

Requirements

• Natural leadership ability, sound judgment, business acumen, empathy, multitasking skills, and people management insight.
• Ability to work independently and with others under stress while meeting strict quality and customer service standards.
• Ability to analyze data, complete paperwork, handle cash accurately, and use keyboards, touch screens, and foot pedals.
• Must be 18 or older and hold a valid driver's license.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery and be able to navigate varied delivery locations.
• Must pass criminal background and motor vehicle record checks.
