Senior Agile Coach – Scaled Frameworks and Transformation (SAFe)

Location: Porto, Portugal, with a hybrid work model. Candidates must already have the legal right to work in Portugal.

hirify.global offers a client-facing opportunity in the global markets space, supporting approximately five delivery teams.

What you will do

• Coach approximately five delivery teams comprising around 35–40 people on Agile principles, collaboration, and self-organization.
• Act as a hands-on Scrum Master when needed by facilitating ceremonies and removing impediments.
• Help teams adopt and continuously improve Agile and Lean practices.
• Identify delivery bottlenecks and improve flow, predictability, and cross-team collaboration.
• Track and share Lead Time, Cycle Time, and Throughput metrics to guide improvement.
• Support dependency alignment, release planning, workshops, and mentoring for Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team members.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in Agile management as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Agile Lead.
• Solid hands-on experience with Jira.
• Good working knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and scaling frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or the Spotify model.
• Experience coaching teams and stepping into a Scrum Master role when required.
• Fluent English and Portuguese.
• Existing legal right to work in Portugal.

Nice to have

• Technical background.
• Experience with organizational change and continuous-improvement culture.
• Agile or coaching certifications such as SPC, ICP-ACC, PMI-ACP, or CSM.
