What you will do

• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, demos, and backlog refinement.
• Coach teams on Scrum, Agile, and Scaled Agile Framework practices.
• Work with Product Owners to refine and prioritize backlogs for high-value business outcomes.
• Remove impediments, resolve conflicts, and escalate risks and cross-team dependencies.
• Drive continuous improvement, delivery acceleration, Agile engineering practices, and DevOps culture.
• Support cross-team ceremonies and Program Increment planning aligned with Agile Release Train objectives.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in computer science or engineering with 1–3 years of relevant experience, bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years, or diploma with 8+ years.
• Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Scrum Master, or similar certification is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and SAFe.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Jira Align, Agile events, backlog refinement, estimation, velocity, and retrospectives.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle, DevOps, and test automation processes.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills and the ability to work with global virtual teams.

Nice to have

• Certified SAFe Practitioner qualification.
