What you will do
- Act as an Agile Coach within a mid-to-large-scale technology organization.
- Support the development of innovative solutions for investment banking and financial services operations.
- Apply Scrum, Kanban, XP, and scaling frameworks including SAFe, LeSS, and the Spotify model.
Requirements
- More than 9 years of experience in a similar role.
- At least 5 years of experience as a dedicated Agile Coach in mid-to-large-scale technology organizations.
- Advanced Agile certifications such as SPC, ICP-ACC, PMI-ACP, CSM/AASE, or equivalent professional credentials.
- Expert knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, XP, and scaling frameworks.
- Fluent English is required.
