What you will do

• Drive new product introductions for Silicon Photonics devices by defining performance targets and operating conditions.
• Analyze device performance, sensitivity curves, electrical characteristics, optical characteristics, yield, and product behavior.
• Coordinate new product introduction activities to support first-time-right launches.
• Collaborate with Electrical Characterization, Test, Integration, and Process Module teams on SPC controls, monitoring, and product improvements.
• Use data analysis, failure analysis, and device knowledge to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support customer engineering and manufacturing improvements that reduce cost, shorten cycle time, and strengthen process robustness.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Circuit Design, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of experiment design, execution, and analysis.
• Knowledge of circuit design and testing, solid-state device physics, submicron FET architectures, and the impact of electrical characteristics on yield and product behavior.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment and learn quickly.

Nice to have

• Two years of relevant industry experience.
• Internship experience in circuit design, characterization, testing, yield enhancement, or product engineering.
• Working knowledge of semiconductor processing, process integration, and Silicon Photonics.
