What you will do

• Create process, module, and device integration solutions for quantum platforms and structures.
• Develop new materials, processes, and structures with cross-functional teams.
• Design experiments, collect and interpret data, measure material and device properties, and prepare technical reports.
• Troubleshoot complex process engineering problems, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions.
• Prepare internal and external product documentation, presentations, and technical reports.
• Collaborate with customers, startups, and universities to identify problems and develop enabling solutions.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree.
• Strong semiconductor background and expertise in process and device integration.
• Conceptual and practical expertise in the relevant discipline, with knowledge of related fields.
• Ability to solve complex problems using data from multiple sources and communicate difficult technical information.
• Ability to lead small projects and support colleagues with less experience.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.
