Manufacturing Assembly Technician (Electromechanical)

What you will do

• Assemble, integrate, manufacture, and qualify complex technical products according to established specifications and procedures.
• Solve less complex technical issues, track completed work accurately, and communicate status across shifts.
• Learn new and established products and processes and execute assignments from the area leader.
• Maintain production dashboards and ERP systems, including SAP.
• Support colleague training and collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, logistics, sourcing, supply chain, and customer support teams.
• Maintain an efficient, clean, and organized workcenter while following environmental, health, safety, and continuous-improvement standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hands-on electromechanical assembly experience with precision measurement, tools, and strong hand-eye coordination.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and strong computer skills, including MS Office, SAP, and LabVIEW.
• Ability to interpret data and technical documents and follow strict procedures within defined timelines.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom in full PPE for the entire shift, including repeated re-gowning.
• Must be legally authorized to access United States-controlled technology before starting work.
