Assembly Technician II (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Assemble, wire, test, and package industrial precision dispensing equipment.
• Fit, align, calibrate, and adjust components, assemblies, and mechanisms to blueprint tolerances and operating requirements.
• Use drawings, schematics, bills of material, hand tools, power tools, gauges, voltmeters, and measuring instruments during assembly.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and resolve product failures.
• Follow standard work, process documentation, quality procedures, productivity targets, and safety requirements.
• Rotate between work areas and use computer systems for reference drawings and production documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• 2 years of experience troubleshooting electrical and electronic systems in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematic diagrams.
• Ability to apply written and verbal procedures, perform task-related mathematics, adapt to changing assignments, and collaborate with coworkers.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform duties in a manufacturing environment.

Nice to have

• Technical associate degree.
• Experience with continuous improvement and process problem solving.
