Manufacturing Technician (2nd Shift) (Semiconductor)

Location: Horsham, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite, 2nd shift from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM

Salary: $43,187–$63,341 per year, plus a bonus opportunity

What you will do

• Assemble and integrate complete semiconductor process tools, including frames, precision mechanical systems, wiring harnesses, and fluid delivery lines.
• Interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and fluid system diagrams to complete accurate, high-quality builds.
• Troubleshoot complex assembly issues and collaborate with engineering on timely resolutions.
• Lead subassembly work or coordinate complete tool builds by assigning tasks, tracking schedules, and resolving material or documentation bottlenecks.
• Support and occasionally lead equipment power-up activities before handoff.
• Document builds for traceability and enforce quality and plant safety procedures, including lockout/tagout.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade education is strongly preferred.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience building or assembling electro-mechanical systems, preferably in capital equipment or semiconductor environments.
• Availability for the 2nd shift from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM, with overtime flexibility.
• Proficiency with Swagelok and flare fittings, stainless steel tubing, and high-purity plumbing assembly.
• Ability to read complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing schematics; experience with wire termination, crimping, and cable routing is preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs while producing reliable builds with limited supervision.

Nice to have

• Technical or trade education.
• Experience in capital equipment or semiconductor manufacturing.
• Experience with SolidWorks, Excel, and ERP systems for build tracking.
