HR Generalist

What you will do

• Advise managers and employees on HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and issue resolution.
• Oversee onboarding and orientation activities, employee engagement events, training, and coaching.
• Support compliance with employment regulations, including FLSA, work authorization verification, FMLA, and ADA requirements.
• Facilitate performance reviews, talent assessments, compensation planning, staffing discussions, and workforce planning.
• Monitor temporary labor utilization and maintain confidential employee information.
• Conduct investigations and participate in disciplinary actions when required.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of human resources experience, with emphasis on employee relations and/or recruiting.
• PHR or SPHR certification.
• Experience advising managers and employees on HR policies and employment-related issues.
• Understanding of applicable federal and state employment laws and regulations.
