HR Generalist (Manufacturing)

Location: Las Vegas, NV, United States; onsite

Salary: $65,000–$80,000 annually, dependent on experience, plus an annual performance bonus opportunity.

What you will do

• Lead recruiting for hourly and salaried division employees.
• Coordinate new-hire onboarding, orientation, training, and employee education.
• Administer insurance programs, billing, leave of absence processes, bonus plans, and payouts.
• Implement company policies and advise management on employee relations, disciplinary actions, and employment practices.
• Maintain safety compliance, OSHA documentation, injury reporting, employee records, rosters, turnover data, and PMP documentation.
• Coordinate performance appraisals, employee events, and internal communications with Marketing.

Requirements

• Five years of human resources experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• General knowledge of employment laws and practices.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, computer skills, and the ability to build credibility at all organizational levels.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
