HR Generalist - 3rd Shift

Location: Huntsville, Alabama, USA; onsite in office and manufacturing environments, supporting third-shift operations

What you will do

• Support recruiting activities, interviews, and staffing strategies with supervisors and managers.
• Advise employees and leaders on HR policies, procedures, benefits, compensation, and employment matters.
• Address employee relations concerns, complaints, corrective actions, and disciplinary documentation.
• Coordinate and deliver training, onboarding, orientation, and HR communications.
• Maintain job descriptions, HR records, data, reports, and separation documentation.
• Conduct exit interviews and participate in cross-functional HR initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of Human Resources experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency and experience with HRIS or related HR software.
• Strong organization, planning, time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build relationships across all organizational levels and handle confidential information discreetly.
• This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
