What you will do

• Lead the Global Procurement Contract Manufacturing Strategic Sourcing team and provide direction, mentorship, and execution leadership.
• Develop and execute procurement sourcing strategies aligned with external supply needs, category priorities, and business objectives.
• Own annual savings and value plans, partnering with Finance and business executives to deliver against budget targets.
• Build supplier partnerships, assess external supplier capabilities, and identify innovative sourcing opportunities.
• Identify and mitigate supply risks while ensuring sourcing deliverables meet regulatory requirements.
• Monitor sourcing performance metrics and implement process improvement, sustainability, supplier diversity, and automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree plus 3 years, master’s degree plus 7 years, bachelor’s degree plus 9 years, associate’s degree plus 12 years, or high school diploma/GED plus 14 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, or operations.
• At least 3 years of direct people management or leadership experience managing teams, projects, programs, or resource allocation.
• In-depth knowledge of strategic sourcing practices for the contract manufacturing category.
• Experience with industry standards and regulations such as GLP, GMP, ISO, and OSHA.
• Strong analytical, communication, executive stakeholder management, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and work effectively with global virtual teams.
