Technical Parts Advisor (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for internal customers, providing advanced technical spare-parts support for high-tech equipment.
• Provide sales and technical consulting on spare parts, retrofits, maintenance, training, and related services.
• Prepare customer-specific spare-parts recommendations, quotations, cost estimates, and assembly-time calculations.
• Initiate and monitor orders through delivery and shipping, including parts covered by service-level agreements.
• Prepare spare-parts packages for machine projects and support global parts procurement and delivery.
• Document, escalate, and resolve customer issues in the CRM system while coordinating with sister companies and third-party providers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 5+ years of applicable experience with manufacturing and automation equipment.
• Experience in packaging, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems and an understanding of parts processing.
• Strong customer service, technical support, communication, planning, scheduling, mathematical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and common computer systems; ERP experience is a plus.
