Inside Sales Specialist (Spare Parts)

Location: Exton, PA, USA. The role is performed on-site, with an option for a hybrid on-site/remote schedule after training is complete.

What you will do

• Manage direct and indirect sales of spare parts and equipment accessories.
• Identify parts for customers and provide technical information related to spare parts.
• Prepare verbal and written quotations and process orders through SAP with the required paperwork.
• Prepare customer credits, return authorizations, warranty replacement documents, and customs papers.
• Update customers on order status and delivery changes, and resolve shipment and accounting issues.
• Generate and monitor CRM cases while coordinating with Field Service Engineers, Aftersales staff, and Technical Support.

Requirements

• Technical background with at least six months of related experience, training, or education in a technical field.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing position.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Attentiveness, patience, empathy, and a professional demeanor in stressful situations.
• Strong attention to detail, thoroughness, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Exton, PA, with hybrid work available after training.
