Product Operations Intern (AI)

What you will do

• Identify operational bottlenecks and design, prototype, and deploy AI-powered workflows for reporting, data structuring, and document generation.
• Build an AI-powered product and competitive intelligence tool, including data collection, structuring, dashboards, periodic briefs, and documentation.
• Maintain weekly product dashboards and KPIs using AI and automation to track product development progress.
• Support PLM deployment by helping define data models and structural architecture, preparing and migrating product data, and gathering product-team feedback.
• Structure and maintain a global product catalog and support configuration management for hardware and software with engineering and development teams.
• Assist with IT tool selection, process standardization, and cross-functional support for Product and Program Managers.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing the final or penultimate year of a Master's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience using modern AI tools such as LLM assistants, AI agents, or automation platforms.
• Ability to learn technical concepts quickly, navigate changing tasks, and deliver high-quality project results.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead diverse stakeholders.
• Comfort working under pressure in a fast-paced environment and taking ownership of operational tasks.
