Head of Product / VP Product (Insurtech)

What you will do

• Set the 12–24 month product vision and own the global roadmap with the CEO, COO, and CTO.
• Translate company strategy into product bets across self-onboarding, broker tools, insurance launches, customer care, claims, and AI automation.
• Lead and scale the Product Management and Product Design organization, including recruiting, development, feedback, and career growth.
• Define lightweight, consistent product practices covering discovery, framing, prioritization, measurement, and roadmap management.
• Strengthen collaboration among product, design, engineering, business teams, and squad leads.
• Drive European expansion across France, Spain, and the Netherlands, including new insurance products and improved internal automation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, including proven Head of Product experience.
• Strong track record in discovery, prioritization, and UX quality.
• Experience hiring, developing, and retaining multiple PMs and Product Designers.
• Comfort working in a high-growth environment with strong business orientation.
• Native or fluent French and fluent English are required.

• Experience in insurance or fintech.
