Financial Manager, EMEA GTM

Location: Remote - United Kingdom. Occasional travel may be required for project or team in-person meetings.

What you will do

• Partner with EMEA Sales leadership as a strategic FP&A advisor.
• Own global forecasting, budgeting, and month-end accruals for sales commissions.
• Build financial models to optimize sales productivity and GTM efficiency.
• Provide data-backed recommendations for resource allocation and cost efficiency.
• Conduct scenario planning and ad-hoc analysis for senior leadership.
• Translate complex financial metrics into clear executive-level narratives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of FP&A experience in a progressive financial role.
• Strong financial modeling experience across forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence stakeholders with data-driven insights.
• Ability to work independently, think strategically, solve ambiguous problems, and collaborate across teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Anaplan, Tableau, Looker, or Oracle.
