What you will do
- Own day-to-day finance operations across the international business.
- Prepare, review, and challenge management reporting, budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, working capital, commitments, project costs, profitability, utilisation, and financial risks.
- Investigate variances and provide senior leadership with accurate, timely insights for decision-making.
- Coordinate accounting, audit, tax, statutory reporting, and close activities across entities and jurisdictions.
- Improve finance processes, systems, reporting, controls, automation, and AI-enabled workflows while leading a small finance team.
Requirements
- Significant experience in finance, FP&A, controlling, or financial management.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, cash flow, financial analysis, accounting principles, controls, and statutory requirements.
- Experience with multiple entities, countries, or international operations and direct collaboration with senior business leaders.
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills, with the ability to work directly with financial data.
- Experience improving finance systems, reporting, or processes, plus a practical approach to automation, AI, and new technology.
- Fluent Polish and strong professional English are required.
