Manufacturing Training Manager (AI Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Develop and deliver technical training for automated server assembly, robotics, new equipment, and process improvements.
• Create curricula and training materials for new hires, process changes, equipment upgrades, SOPs, work instructions, safety, and quality standards.
• Conduct hands-on and classroom training and manage onboarding to support production readiness.
• Track certifications, audits, completion rates, competency assessments, and other training metrics.
• Identify skill gaps and design targeted interventions while evaluating training effectiveness.
• Partner with supervisors, engineering, and operations teams on Lean, 5S, efficiency, and employee development initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education, industrial or manufacturing engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in manufacturing, electronics, or automated assembly.
• Experience designing and delivering technical, process, and safety training in high-volume or automated environments.
• Understanding of automated manufacturing, robotics, and assembly processes.
• Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, organization, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in creating training materials, SOPs, visual aids, computer systems, and Learning Management Systems.

• Leadership experience managing trainers or training programs.
