Field Operator

Location: Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, United States; on-site

Salary: $26–$28 per hour, plus performance-based incentives tied to worker onboarding and successful placements.

What you will do

• Recruit, screen, schedule, and convert applicants into placement-ready workers.
• Build relationships with workers and provide updates, feedback, and support from recruitment through placement.
• Develop partnerships with workforce centers, community organizations, and local partners.
• Oversee worker vetting, drug testing, onboarding, and large group onboarding sessions.
• Coordinate interviews and start schedules across customer sites, distribute PPE, and provide on-site support as needed.
• Report market trends, funnel issues, and coverage risks to hirify.global HQ.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 1–2+ years of experience in operations or customer-facing environments such as staffing, manufacturing, warehouse, retail, food service, teaching, or on-site coordination.
• Strong recruiting instincts and the ability to source, screen, and convert candidates.
• Ability to run large group onboarding sessions and present to workers.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to work on-site in fast-paced warehouse and field environments in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills.
