Recruiting Coordinator

Location: US Remote

Salary: $25–$37 per hour for US-based candidates; location-based ranges may apply outside the US.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple time zones and roles.
• Partner with recruiters, sourcers, and hiring managers to resolve scheduling conflicts and move candidates through the recruiting funnel.
• Coordinate complex interview panels, including senior-level and leadership interviews.
• Manage recruiting logistics, maintain ATS accuracy, and prepare interviewers with timely information and reminders.
• Improve coordination workflows, candidate experience, and hiring team communication.
• Support ATS data hygiene, reporting, and recruiting operations performance tracking.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting coordination or interview scheduling experience, preferably in a high-growth or startup environment.
• Proficiency with GSuite and Ashby or a similar ATS.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience scheduling interviews across US and international time zones.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities with ownership, urgency, and attention to quality.
• Initiative to identify and improve broken or inefficient processes.
