What you will do
- Act as an HR advisor to the Area Sales Manager and local leaders.
- Lead talent reviews, succession planning, individual development plans, retention strategies, and talent risk mitigation.
- Manage recruitment activities for key and strategic positions.
- Support performance management cycles and coach managers on performance improvement and employee development.
- Identify learning needs, deliver training when required, and support engagement, inclusion, and culture initiatives.
- Support organizational design, restructuring, change adoption, compensation planning, salary reviews, benchmarking, and job evaluation.
Requirements
- Experience supporting operational HR activities in a production and commercial environment.
- Expertise in talent management, performance management, employee development, and organizational change.
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits processes, salary benchmarking, job evaluation, and local compliance requirements.
- Ability to partner with managers and employees and advise on retention, development, and performance matters.
- Professional English communication skills; apply with an English CV.
- Availability to work onsite in Katowice, Poland.
