Technical Program Manager (Energy)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end master expansion timeline, mapping workstreams, dependencies, milestones, owners, and delivery dates.
• Build and maintain Gantt charts, roadmaps, and critical-path plans used across the business.
• Coordinate engineering, operations, and business functions, adjusting priorities and sequencing as new information emerges.
• Identify risks and delivery slippage early, and lead trade-off discussions to keep expansion on track.
• Run updates, checkpoints, and escalations to maintain accountability across all workstreams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a top university in STEM, engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience as a technical program manager or program/project lead on complex, multi-workstream programs with hard deadlines.
• Fluency with timeline and project-planning tools, including Gantt charts.
• Ability to work directly with engineers and operators while translating between technical and business teams precisely.
• Strong ownership of planning accuracy and confidence re-sequencing priorities as conditions change.
• Fluent English is required.
