hirify.global is a global multi-manager hedge fund investing across quantitative, tactical, fundamental equity, and discretionary macro and fixed-income strategies through proprietary technology, infrastructure, and risk analytics.

What you will do

• Design and build Operations-specific workflow tools, metrics systems, dashboards, and automation across multiple asset classes and operational departments.
• Define initiatives and implement requirements with the Operations product team and relevant operational groups.
• Contribute to new and existing Operations frameworks that improve efficiency and scalability.
• Connect solutions to existing technology infrastructure and support operational economics, resource allocation, and investment decision-making.
• Translate business concepts into technical and system designs while coordinating with strategy, business, and technology partners.

Requirements

• Strong programming experience with Python, Java, and C++ for Operations systems, user interfaces, and dashboards.
• Strong SQL skills and experience handling large financial datasets.
• Understanding of financial products and their product lifecycles.
• Prior experience in sell-side or buy-side strategy or technology teams.
• Experience delivering complex systems end to end, from scoping through implementation, and maintaining information and data management systems.
• Experience working across technology and business teams, with strong communication, analytical, and numeracy skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with React or Angular and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience working alongside financing trading desks.
• Experience in Operations or the infrastructure side of the business.
