Senior Software Engineer - Network Automation

What you will do

• Work with telecommunications teams to understand operational problems, workflows, and constraints.
• Investigate systems, repositories, tickets, and runtime behavior.
• Build knowledge bases that document complex system behavior.
• Design reliable solutions for operational and network automation challenges.
• Break ambiguous work into tickets, execution steps, and validation plans.
• Use AI-assisted workflows, review generated code, and validate releases through staging, integration, and end-to-end testing.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in backend, platform, automation, or internal tooling development.
• Software-first mindset and comfort with operationally complex domains.
• Strong technical judgment and experience reviewing AI-generated output.
• Strong knowledge of AWS infrastructure and cloud services.
• Working knowledge of Python, TypeScript, SQL, and ideally PostgreSQL.
• Experience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines, such as GitLab CI.

Nice to have

• Experience with telecommunications or network systems.
