What you will do

• Work directly with telco teams to understand problems, workflows, and constraints.
• Investigate systems, repositories, tickets, and runtime behavior to build reliable knowledge bases.
• Design reliable technical solutions for operational and automation problems.
• Break down ambiguous work into clear tickets, execution steps, and validation plans.
• Use AI-assisted workflows to accelerate research, implementation, and delivery.
• Review AI-generated code for correctness, quality, and production safety; deliver changes to staging and validate end-to-end.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience building backend, platform, automation, or internal tooling.
• Software-first mindset and comfort in operationally complex domains.
• Strong technical judgment, especially reviewing AI-generated output.
• Experience turning ambiguous problems into structured investigations and executable plans.
• Strong knowledge of AWS infrastructure and cloud services.
• Working knowledge of Python and TypeScript; SQL, ideally PostgreSQL; CI/CD pipelines like GitLab CI.
