Location: Brazil; remote
Compensation: $45–$80 per hour; hourly rates are estimates based on anticipated project completion time.

What you will do
- Design and implement multi-file coding tasks covering bug fixes, feature development, refactoring, migrations, and testing.
- Write clear natural-language specifications and complete reference implementations.
- Develop and extend unit and integration test suites.
- Review peer-generated tasks for correctness, clarity, realism, and alignment with expected outputs.
- Identify edge cases, ambiguities, and potential failure modes.
Requirements
- Location: Brazil; remote work.
- Advanced professional written English proficiency required.
- 3–7 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript, plus working knowledge of Java, C#, or Go.
- Backend or full-stack experience with production systems, testing frameworks, large codebases, code reviews, refactoring, and production migrations.
