Warehouse Supervisor (Logistics)

Location: Châteauguay, Quebec, Canada. This is a full-time hybrid role combining warehouse and office work.

Salary: CAD 86,000–120,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

What you will do

• Plan and schedule warehouse activities across receiving, inventory, shipping, and logistics to meet customer demand.
• Lead, hire, train, coach, and manage the performance of warehouse employees while maintaining high safety standards.
• Analyze daily department results, resolve operational issues, and coordinate with internal and external customers.
• Route inbound and outbound freight and negotiate transportation rates with vendors.
• Oversee facility and equipment services, employee timecards, policy compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 5% annually as required.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations.
• At least 1 year of experience with SAP warehouse modules or an equivalent ERP system.
• Bilingual verbal and written communication skills in French and English are required.
• Experience leading teams in a Quebec manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of Quebec health and safety requirements and applicable employment legislation.
• Intermediate proficiency with Word, Excel, SAP, and Outlook, along with strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.

Nice to have

• College degree or technical school certificate in business, logistics, or supply chain.
• Experience applying financial and profit-and-loss impacts to department management.
