Inventory Associate (Day Shift: 6am-2:30pm)

Location: Guelph, Ontario, Canada. Onsite day shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM.

Pay rate: CAD $22.00/hour. Anticipated range: CAD $19.81–$29.71/hour.

What you will do

• Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Create inventory approvals and manage stock levels.
• Use SAP and Microsoft Office to support inventory operations.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies through root cause analysis.
• Reconcile variances and support ongoing warehouse accuracy.
• Report to the National Senior Inventory Manager and Warehouse Supervisor.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage inventory and reconcile discrepancies accurately.
• Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office programs.
• Availability for the Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM shift in Guelph.
• Canadians and permanent residents will be given priority.
