Storeroom Leader/Chef de réserve (Start Date in July 2026)

Location: Brantford, Ontario, Canada; 100% onsite at the Brantford Mix Center / Greater Toronto Fulfillment Centre

Starting pay: $39.32 CAD per hour

What you will do

• Maintain storeroom compliance, capability, and service levels for the Maintenance organization.
• Train, assess, coach, and guide storeroom and shift support teams.
• Monitor SAP receiving errors, open receipts, MRP exception messages, planned orders, and inventory deliverables.
• Manage repairable and refurbished spare materials, including internal and external repair processes.
• Create and fulfill Stock Transport Orders, Affiliate Sales, and Bills of Lading for shipments.
• Maintain Trigger Database processes, material master data, stocking levels, inventory optimization, and GAP resolution plans.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is beneficial.
• Experience with SAP is preferred; warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics experience is an asset but not required.
• Ability to learn systems and technology quickly, troubleshoot issues, manage multiple priorities, and work under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal and external multifunctional teams.
• Strong technical, analytical, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work full-time onsite in Brantford, Ontario, Monday to Friday on the day shift; relocation and work authorization sponsorship are not offered.
