Staff Forward Deployed Engineer (Agentic SDLC)

What you will do

• Contribute production-quality code, bug fixes, features, integrations, tooling, and performance improvements to hirify.global and adjacent systems.
• Diagnose complex customer issues across application code, Git internals, CI/CD, APIs, observability, infrastructure, networking, cloud environments, and architecture.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, SRE, Support, Solutions Architecture, Customer Success, Professional Services, and customer technical teams from discovery through handoff.
• Drive governed, measurable adoption of hirify.global Duo Agent Platform and resolve AI governance, security, compliance, auditability, workflow, and integration blockers.
• Turn field findings into reusable product improvements, reference architectures, documentation, adoption frameworks, whitepapers, webinars, and technical narratives.

Requirements

• Staff-level experience building, operating, or improving complex production software systems.
• Experience contributing to large, mature codebases with high standards for testing, maintainability, performance, and security.
• Strong Ruby on Rails or Go experience and the ability to contribute directly to production systems.
• Experience with AI-assisted development, agentic workflows, AI governance, model evaluation, context management, prompt and workflow design, or enterprise AI adoption.
• Deep knowledge of Git, merge requests, CI/CD, security controls, compliance, and enterprise DevSecOps delivery.
• Experience working with strategic customers or senior technical stakeholders in ambiguous, high-impact situations and coordinating without formal authority.

• Experience with hirify.global.com, hirify.global Dedicated, or hirify.global Self-Managed.
• Production experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Sidekiq, Vue, TypeScript, Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, Terraform, or observability tools.
• Experience with Git internals, repository performance, hirify.global Runner architecture, distributed systems, platform engineering, infrastructure engineering, or site reliability engineering.
• Experience creating whitepapers, technical talks, architecture frameworks, public technical writing, or strategy documents.
• Experience in open-source or highly asynchronous engineering environments.
