Senior Go engineer with 5-6+ years of Go development and extensive experience implementing or configuring AI within an engineering team. FinTech or banking experience and complex integrations.

Senior Go engineer who can own distributed-system design, justify architectural trade-offs, communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders, mentor senior engineers, unblock technical deadlocks, and raise delivery quality across the team.

Project Responsibilities:

• Design and evolve scalable distributed systems in Go, selecting suitable concurrency models and balancing performance with maintainability.
• Turn high-level business goals into actionable technical plans and delivery roadmaps together with Product Managers.
• Surface edge cases, risks, and technical constraints early.
• Represent engineering in meetings with external stakeholders, explain technical matters in business terms, and challenge unrealistic requirements.
• Lead code reviews for senior engineers and uphold code quality, resilience, and reliability.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and engineering processes.

Must-haves:

• 5-6+ years of Go development.

• Go concurrency patterns: goroutines, channels, and sync primitives.

• CI/CD tools and pipelines such as GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Readiness to work 09:00-18:00 CEST.
• Readiness to work from the corporate laptop.
• Readiness for live coding during the client interview.
