Go Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Provide hands-on Go engineering support for critical features across multiple domains.
• Improve development velocity, code quality, testing practices, and maintainability.
• Advance AI coding agents by improving agent harnesses, tools, context management, workflows, and validation.
• Establish reusable Go patterns and engineering standards for engineers and AI agents.
• Evaluate emerging agentic development tools through experiments and proof-of-concept implementations.
• Collaborate with Architects, Tech Leads, and customer stakeholders to communicate technical options, risks, trade-offs, and pragmatic solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Extensive production experience with Go, including API development, design patterns, concurrency, testing, and engineering best practices.
• Strong experience in software architecture and system design.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding agents and agentic development workflows.
• Experience with developer tooling, automation, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
• English level: B2 or higher.
