Location: Onsite in Casa Grande, Arizona, USA

manufactures advanced lightweight composite materials, including carbon fiber, resins, prepregs, honeycombs, and engineered composite structures for industries including commercial aerospace.
What you will do
- Create, approve, and release manufacturing orders to support production operations.
- Coordinate schedules with production, engineering, purchasing, quality assurance, shipping, and customer service.
- Track open orders, identify shortages, expedite materials, and provide schedule updates.
- Maintain MRP data integrity, material availability, order closures, bin counts, and inventory goals.
- Evaluate capacity against demand, recommend solutions, and participate in process improvements.
- Support shipping commitments, customer lead-time requests, quality reviews, environmental compliance, and plant safety initiatives.
Requirements
- High school diploma and at least two years of related work experience or training.
- Working knowledge of AX or similar MRP software.
- Strong organization and clerical skills, computer proficiency, and experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to interpret instructions and data, prepare clear correspondence, present information, and apply practical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform calculations involving whole numbers, fractions, decimals, rates, ratios, and percentages.
- Eligible candidates must be U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, lawful permanent residents, certain temporary residents, refugees, or asylees.

- APICS certification.
- Proficient typing and 10-key skills.
