Automation Platform Manager, Data Analytics

Location: Rochester, New York; additional locations in Canandaigua, New York, and Chicago, Illinois.

Salary: $113,500–$177,600 per year.

What you will do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, governance, and lifecycle management of SS&C Blue Prism, SAP BTP Automation, and Microsoft Power Automate.
• Manage enterprise capabilities covering RPA, workflow automation, business process automation, and low-code automation.
• Establish platform standards, development practices, operational guardrails, service metrics, dashboards, and value tracking.
• Own platform availability, reliability, performance, security, operational readiness, and production supportability.
• Lead ITIL practices across incident, problem, change, request, knowledge, release, and service level management.
• Manage support models, managed service providers, strategic suppliers, budgets, licensing, contracts, and vendor relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Computer Science, Information Systems, MIS, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 8–10+ years of experience in automation, platform management, IT operations, service management, or related technology functions.
• Experience leading enterprise automation, platform support, or service delivery in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of ITIL Service Management disciplines; ITIL Foundation certification is preferred.
• Experience with Blue Prism, SAP BTP Automation, Microsoft Power Automate, or similar enterprise automation platforms.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, operational governance, and financial stewardship skills.
