Senior Business Intelligence Architect (Healthcare)

Location: Louisville, KY, with office attendance required 1–2 days per week

Salary: $106,900–$147,000 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of production-grade ETL/ELT pipelines for high-volume healthcare data.
• Architect scalable data processing frameworks using Python and workflow orchestration tools.
• Develop and maintain data models, SQL queries, automation, and data quality controls.
• Generate timely, compliant datasets for CMS submissions and other regulatory deliverables.
• Oversee pipelines processing millions of records while maintaining performance and reliability.
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentorship, documentation, and engineering best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and ETL pipeline development.
• Experience with data modeling, large-scale data processing, production support, and data quality.
• Ability to work independently and manage complex, ambiguous, ad hoc, and time-sensitive assignments.
• This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
