Warehouse Supervisor (Data Center Cooling)

What you will do

• Coordinate and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, storage, and material transactions.
• Lead material handlers and collaborate with Operations, Production, and Logistics to support build schedules and customer shipping plans.
• Coordinate crating and packaging for component and internal orders.
• Use the Syteline CSI ERP system to update inventory transactions and storage locations.
• Track KPIs and costs, implement cost-saving measures, and maintain material flow through the facility.
• Promote daily safety, quality, organization, and operational efficiency across the warehouse.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations.
• Experience operating forklifts, overhead cranes, and other material-handling equipment, with knowledge of safe rigging, lifting, and crane-operation practices.
• Experience with ERP and inventory-management systems and proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Leadership, coaching, communication, organization, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, maintain accuracy, and achieve safety, productivity, quality, and customer-service goals.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred; warehouse supervision and Lean Manufacturing experience are also preferred.
