Senior AWS Cloud Engineer (AWS)

Location: Nashville, Tennessee, United States; hybrid, three days per week in the office. Relocation is not offered.

Base pay: $92,700–$167,500 annually, plus eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure on AWS.
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code modules and state management with Terraform.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, including artifact management and multi-environment deployments.
• Automate SQL Server backups, database migrations, and version control in DevOps environments.
• Design and manage Tableau dashboards, data connections, and data sources.
• Manage system performance, configuration changes, and business requirements while solving technical problems.

Requirements

• Four years of IT experience with a bachelor's degree, six years with technical certification or college courses, or eight years of IT experience.
• Proficiency with AWS services including EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and CloudFormation.
• Demonstrated Terraform experience, including module creation, state management, and IaC best practices.
• Expertise with GitHub Actions for CI/CD automation, artifact management, environment setup, and multi-environment deployments.
• Experience with SQL Server DevOps, including backup automation, database migrations, and version control.
• Availability to work in the Nashville office three times per week and travel up to 20%; relocation is not offered.
