is hiring for a growing food manufacturing organization supporting plant maintenance and operations.
What you will do
- Manage purchasing, purchase orders, receiving, and tracking for maintenance, repair, operations parts, supplies, and plant items.
- Create and maintain maintenance work orders and preventive maintenance schedules aligned with weekly production plans.
- Coordinate maintenance staffing for preventive maintenance, standard work orders, and emergency repairs.
- Maintain spare-parts and fabrication inventories, including minimum and maximum levels for critical parts.
- Serve as the maintenance department’s ERP system power user and maintain accurate system data, KPIs, and reports.
- Communicate parts availability, shortages, schedules, and production impacts across Maintenance, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Scheduling.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Maintenance, Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or a related field with 3+ years of food or beverage procurement experience preferred, or 5+ years of related industry experience.
- Experience with system and data management; ERP experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical, reporting, organizational, problem-solving, communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and adapt to organizational and operational change.
- Experience in food or beverage manufacturing, MRO purchasing, maintenance coordination, inventory management, procurement, or plant operations is highly relevant.
