MRO Parts Coordinator

What you will do

• Operate and maintain the plant spare-parts program and its inventory control software.
• Maintain spare-parts quantities, selections, warehouses, receipts, issues, and availability for plant and facility repairs.
• Coordinate purchase requisitions, vendor orders, sourcing, expedited deliveries, and spare-parts logistics.
• Perform physical inventories, cycle counts, adjustments, and site inventory audits.
• Maintain spare-parts master data, inventory levels, lead times, vendors, descriptions, specifications, and part numbers.
• Work with engineering, operations, maintenance, sourcing, service centers, vendors, and supervision on equipment BOMs and spare-parts strategy.

Requirements

• Experience with spare-parts inventory systems and inventory management.
• Experience with SAP or comparable inventory software.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Understanding of mechanical and electrical equipment and spare-parts requirements.
• Ability to communicate across departments, work independently, and support inventory audits and maintenance operations.
